- Preheat oven to 450 F
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces/florets. I used a bag of Pre-cut Florets.
- Pour 1 cup of Oat Milk in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 ½ cup Matzo Meal, 2 tbs. Equally Yoked & 1 tbs. Faith of A Mustard Seed in a separate bowl
- Dip the cauliflower in the milk then matzo meal. Shake to remove extra breading.
- Place cauliflower single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
If you like, you can toss the cauliflower in the Buffalo Sauce and bake for another 10-15 mins (desired crispness) at 425 F.
