Cauliflower Flings

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces/florets. I used a bag of Pre-cut Florets.
  4. Pour 1 cup of Oat Milk in a bowl
  5. In a separate bowl, mix 1 ½ cup Matzo Meal, 2 tbs. Equally Yoked & 1 tbs. Faith of A Mustard Seed in a separate bowl
  6. Dip the cauliflower in the milk then matzo meal. Shake to remove extra breading.
  7. Place cauliflower single layer on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 15 minutes.

If you like, you can toss the cauliflower in the Buffalo Sauce and bake for another 10-15 mins (desired crispness) at 425 F.
